Halloween
Julia and Sydney had a fun halloween this year. We went to Nancy's to trick or treat, and Julia loved all the free candy.

2 Months Old
Sydney turned 2 months old this week and in turn had another check up (and shots) with the doctor. She is 22 3/8 inches long (50th percentile) 12 lb 11.5 oz (90th percentile), and her head is measuring off the charts at 17 inches. (Much like her big sister.)

Lunch at the park
Today we had a picnic in the park with Nama, and Julia had fun running around playground. Sydney enjoyed napping in the fresh air.

2 Weeks Old
Sydney is already 2 weeks old. We went to the doctor yesterday and Sydney is already up to 9 lb 14 oz. She will be giving cousin Eli a run for the money soon.

First week at home with Sydney
Well we have made it through our first week at home with Sydney and are only slightly sleep deprived. Julia seems to be warming up to her, and loves her sister more each day.

Julia and Sydney
Well Julia and Sydney had the opprotunity to spend some time together this afternoon. Unfortunatly, Julia hasn't taken to Sydney as fast as we had hoped. But she is warming up to her.

Sydney Kathryn Hattle was born 8/27/09 at 9:28 AM - 9 pounds eleven ounces, 20 inches and a full head of hair!!

Trip to Pennsylvania
We had a great trip to PA these last few days. It was nice for us all to get away before baby Sydney arrives.
Relay for Life
Julia had fun a few weekends ago participating in the Relay for Life. She made it around the track 2 and a half times on her own!

Another busy weekend...

Last weekend we met with Oma, Meredith, Gerrit, and Anneka for an overnight in Cincinnati.

Trip to the Zoo
This weekend we went to Louisville for the day and went to the Louisville Zoo. Julia had her first experience with a slide and loved it.

London Day Three
Today we visited the British Museum and had dinner at Nida's and Mohammed's new apartment. Julia had a lot of fun with her first train ride.
London Day Two
Today we visited the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. It was a lot of fun, and a lot of walking.
London Day One
Well today we spent the afternoon exploring the neighborhood, and met Nida at the Mall. Julia had a great time running around the park.
